Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Course

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality or "EHS" is a spiritual revolution that has taken the church by storm. Over the last couple of years, thousands of churches across the world have embraced this program in an effort to address a hidden truth in our spiritual lives: that one cannot be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. Starting Sunday, April 7, Metro's Institute of Transformation will be offering an 8-week EHS course taught by Pastor Michael Yi and his team of well-trained leaders from 3-5pm at the Metro Office, making for a very unique workshop/small group hybrid experience. To learn more or to sign up, please email Agnes Hyun (Agnes.Hyun@gmail.com). We invite you to be a part of it!

Singles Relationship Seminar With Pastor Kevin

Hey, Metro Singles!

I am looking forward to being with you on February 2 at 6pm at the Metro Office to consider the topic of sex. Even a cursory search will reveal there is no limit to the amount of “expert opinions” available on the subject. Sex has been right at the top of the hot topics list for millennia, but we don’t seem any closer to figuring it out than our ancestors were. I can’t guarantee that we will be able tidy everything up in one evening, but I hope that we can sift some of the lies out of the truth and maybe land at a place of hope for healthier relationships.

Blessings,
Pastor Kevin Swanson
