Share the love of Christ with a child who has an incarcerated parent! Angel Tree is a national program that partners with churches to provide Christmas gifts to children who have a parent in prison. Metro is partnering with Angel Tree for the first time to provide gifts to 30 children and volunteers are needed! Fall signups begin at church on Sunday, Sept. 17 (online signups to follow), with groups officially kicking off in early Oct. Be sure to register early, as it's first-come first-in, and once a group's person-limit is reached, it will be closed to new registrations.

Volunteers are needed to serve a meal to our homeless neighbors at Family Promise on Saturday, September 16 from 4pm-7pm. Family Promise is located at 120 South River Street in Hackensack. Volunteers will be responsible for set-up, serving, and clean up. All food and supplies will be provided by Metro. The minimum age to volunteer is 14.
