Metro Edge and The Passover
This week in Metro Edge, we taught our 4th and 5th graders about Palm Sunday, and the passage of scripture that we were looking at referenced The Passover. We rhetorically asked if any of the children knew what The Passover was and to our pleasant surprise many of the kids were able to correctly answer the question! Sometimes, it's hard to know whether or not the kids are internalizing the information that we teach them on Sundays, so this was wonderfully affirming. Props to Teacher Maria and the other Metro Edge Teachers raising up little Bible scholars!
