Student Ministries
“Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.”
Welcome to Metro’s Student Ministries!
We are the kids and youth ministry of Metro Community Church, serving and supporting our young people – from newborns all the way through high school and college – on their journey of faith. Our vision is simple:
For our students to transform in the likeness of Jesus by growing in intimacy with God.
Our mission is to not just teach, resource, and walk alongside our students on their journey; but to inspire, support, and equip our student’s parents or guardians to become the primary spiritual leaders in their children’s life – the way that God always intended!
New to Student Ministries?
If you’re brand new to Metro, or never officially enrolled your child(ren) in our Sunday check-in system, please register via the link below to ensure a speedy, accurate check-in on Sundays, as well as to sign off on important forms.
Sunday Classes
Our aim is to provide a fun and safe place for students to learn about, encounter, and grow in the transformative love of Jesus. Rather than operating autonomously with their own agenda, each student ministry is part of a continuous journey that builds upon one another to ensure that students are growing spiritually.
Below are the classes that are currently offered at Metro every week (except the first Sunday of every month, which is our Fellowship Sunday services):
9:30am & 11:30am

Checking-In to Student Ministries
Once your whole family is registered in the system, you’re ready to be checked-in on Sunday.
The Student Check-In station is located on the left side of the school lobby as you walk through the front doors. There are two ways to check-in:
1. Church Center App
The simplest and quickest way to check-in your child is to use our Church Center app. Watch the video below to learn how to check in your child(ren) with Church Center:
2. Volunteer Check-In
If you do not wish to use the Church Center app to check-in – never fear! Simply walk up to the volunteer at the check-in table that is seated behind a laptop computer. Let them know the name(s) of the student(s) that you wish to check-in, and they will search for and select your child(ren) in the system and print the appropriate name tag and matching security code.
Please Note: You will need the provided security code to pick up your child(ren) at the end of service.
